Welcome to our new Junior Project Manager – Mairi Maclean
Global Connects are happy to announce we have just appointed a new Junior Project Manager to join our Project Management team.
Mairi is a recent graduate from the University of Strathclyde where she obtained a Msc in Business Translation and Interpreting and previously graduated from the same university with a 2:1 in BA Honours in French and Italian.
Mairi is really excited to have her first role in the translation and has said
“I wanted to get started in the translation industry with a well-respected agency who would provide full training and help me progress in my career”
…and Global Connects are honoured to have her! An elected president of her University’s Erasmus Student Network, Mairi impressed us with her dedication and passion for languages through various modules in translation & interpreting along with active translation project work completed during her time spent in France and Italy.
